It offers an attractive, functional, purpose built residential and conference facility for the use of school, parish, community and commercial groups. Our modern purpose-built facilities are suitable for all kinds of day and residential meetings and conferences both formal and informal. There is state of the art audio visual equipment throughout including smart boards. We have a large break out area that allows guests, delegates and visitors to relax in more comfortable surroundings.

N°17 offers three spaces with multiple breakout spaces and outdoor areas, all within a beautiful setting but within easy reach of the city. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring your event runs smoothly and is on hand and on time at every event we host. Plus, every pound you spend with us will contribute to providing vital care for those with life-limiting illnesses in our community.
